As your general contractor, JDR's goal is customer satisfaction. We are responsible for overseeing your construction project from start to finish according to your specifications and design. We coordinate with architects and subcontractors to ensure that no matter how complex your project is it gets completed to your satisfaction.
As a general contractor, we require fair market bids from all subcontractors, and require from them, as well as ourself, bonding, workman compensations, general liability and ceriticates of warrentys.
